The SVYC Resource Room offers resources to assist youth in finding housing, learning about tenant rights and responsibilities, and setting up and maintaining their home. Workshops and/or individual support is available in the following areas:

• Housing search/set-up
• Tenancy rights/ responsibilities
• Budgeting for rent/expenses
• Household maintenance
• Communication with landlords
• Arranging utilities
• Tenancy agreements
• Intent to Rent forms

Housing support and assistance is available through MCFD referral or on a drop-in basis.
